In a post earlier this week, I mentioned my new "job" and people seemed to love the idea of what I'm doing.
If you can call it a job, I am guiding foreign tourists on trips across the country where we visit famous and interesting places like Yellowstone, Yosemite, Grand Canyon, New Orleans, New York, Mid West, San Francisco, Los Angeles and MUCH MORE. It's hard to believe they actually pay me for this.

It also give me a chance to see real estate markets all over the country and decide where I want to invest next. LOL
